  • Inevitably, every relationship will face challenges. Abide offers couples counseling to help restore communication and intimacy and regain a thriving partnership.

  • Coaching with Abide will refine your gifts and skills as you learn to grow into your purpose with passion! This will include assessments that help you learn more about your strengths and weaknesses, successfully interact with a host of different personalities through conflict resolution training, and ultimately develop your leadership skills personally and professionally.

Meet Daniel, Abide Lead Counselor & Founder

Daniel approaches his practice with fifteen years of counseling and coaching experience as well as having served in pastoral ministry for seven years. Through faith-based counseling, Daniel’s passionate about serving as a guide to those who feel lost, specifically helping individuals who are working through trauma, anxiety, depression, and those struggling with abuse and addiction. Daniel has always had a heart for those in crisis, with a desire to walk alongside them, helping them find restoration and ultimately recognize their true value and purpose through their identity in Christ.

Daniel has an undergraduate degree from Jacksonville University in psychology and business management and a master’s in mental health counseling from Nova Southeastern University with emphasis in substance abuse and trauma-informed care. He lives in Jacksonville with his wife and high school sweetheart, Brandi, and their three children. In his spare time, when not at high school football games or dance recitals, Daniel enjoys reading, camping, and fantasy football.

 

In-person and virtual counseling

We currently conduct counseling sessions at our office on the Northside of Jacksonville, one mile from I-295 Exit 37. Can’t make it into the office? No worries – book a counseling session with Daniel via the telehealth platform.
